Re: At UMKC
Claar was terrible (that is putting it mildly) the whole game. I believe someone said it earlier...this team will go (somewhat) as he goes. Right now he is two steps forward, then quickly one step back.

Re: At UMKC
It looked like a minor hands foul. I was surprised that the refs would call something like that in the last 10 seconds of the game. Why should the time on the clock (or score, fouls, etc.) have anything to do with what is called or not called? You want unbiased refs who are consistent and call what...

Re: vs Northern Illinois (11/20/19)
So do we need a gofundme to get a little score and time clock box on the video stream or what? In the past we have used a separate camera to capture that off the scoreboard and paste it on the screen. Why not this year? We also need to raise enough money to either get a newer clock or new scores ta...

Re: 2019 Week 1 - Western Illinois at North Alabama (8/29/19)
Not making excuses for football or any other sports team, but I have brought up the traveling situation for these teams. Teams are expected to perform at high levels, but the traveling expectations (lack of) is hard. I know the budget does not allow WIU to fly like other teams, but it is hard mental...

Re: AD interviews and candidates
Football was just one of the many examples. Yes, basketball does it all the time so the scenario could fit anyone. The athletic department just needs to be smart about where they are making cuts in their budget. You can't expect to be a DI school, but operate on a D2/D3 mentality then complain when ...

Re: AD interviews and candidates
I understand cutting cost, but if cutting cost affects teams and their ability to compete than the AD office need to figure out solutions. Ex: Football team travel the last game. How do you expect any team to be at their best when they need to be when they must travel on a bus for 6-8 hours. What is...

Re: Basketball coaching changes
Now would be the time to look elsewhere with Daum leaving. We were going to find out how good of a coach he really is next year. He inherited a lot of talent!

Re: AD interviews and candidates
Current leadership in the Athletic Dept has not been good. My question though, is that necessarily Danielle's fault? Or are her hands tied by the current Administration? If that's the case, doesn't really matter who get's hired until the problem is solved at the top. I agree, I also believe there h...
