That is the order that ESPN is showing.  Don't know about the tie-breaker rules.  But it does show Western "higher" than the two teams that we defeated.

Because we beat both ISU and YSU, we technically finish ahead of them in the final standings (not that it really makes much of a difference).

712, it looks like you tied with one other to win the Preseason poll from back in week 1.   Unfortunately, He had 2 more Ws in regular season count to win that tiebreaker.  So close.  Need to verify and post those results.
