WIU Women's Basketball Advances To OVC Semifinals With Win Over Eastern Illinois

EVANSVILLE, IN- In a game that featured eight ties and eight lead changes, the Leatherneck Women's Basketball team pulled out a gritty 78-75 win over Eastern Illinois at the Ford Center on Thursday afternoon.. The Leathernecks overcame a sluggish second quarter and foul trouble to secure the victory, fueled by a strong second-half performance.

WIU Baseball's 2025 First Pitch Dinner Raises over $22,000



MACOMB, Ill. – The Leatherneck Baseball team got the spring 2025 season off to a great start, raising more than $22,000 at their annual First Pitch Dinner on February 1, 2025. The event was held at Park Place of Macomb and brought together the community, alumni, and the team and coaching staff in support of the 2025 Leatherneck Baseball season.
